Hockey Canada Profile and Permission to Skate Reminders
As we get closer to September tryouts we ask that parents ensure that the Permission to Skate forms for their child have all mandatory fields complete including address, previous season team and parent signature. We also recommend that all parents log into their child's Hockey Canada profile and ensure all mandatory fields are filled out and all waivers are signed.
