The meeting will include elections for the following positions:

1. Secretary
2. Vice President Hockey
3. Director of Coaches and Player Development*
4. Treasurer
5. Director Hockey Relations*
6. Director at Large 
7. Director at Large

* Both positions are under review. Please refer to the amendments to the bylaw documents to review the proposed changes to these positions. 

Please refer to the bylaws for more information regarding the position duties.

In the event that no nominations have been received prior to the A.G.M nominations may be made from the floor at the A.G.M. In the absence of a nomination the effected position shall remain vacant until such time as the Board of Directors fills the position by appointment.
