We are excited to announce Zack Gervais as Head Coach of the SCP U16 AAA team for the upcoming season.
Zack Gervais brings a lifelong passion for hockey and more than a decade of coaching experience to every team he leads.
A proud product of the Tecumseh
Eagles and St. Anne’s High School hockey, Zack’s journey in the game began on
the ice and quickly evolved behind the bench. As soon as he was eligible, he
stepped into a leadership role as a U18 AA trainer in Tecumseh, which led to
positions as an assistant coach and then head coach at the U15 and U16 AA
levels.
Zack continued to build his
coaching career with the Amherstburg Admirals in Junior C, where he progressed
from assistant coach to head coach and made history as the youngest and first
coach in franchise history to be named Provincial Junior Hockey League (PJHL) Coaching Staff of the Year.
His teams have consistently reflected his commitment to player development,
discipline, and competitive excellence.
With 12 years of experience across
AA, High School, and Junior hockey, Zack is known for blending the structure
and toughness of old-school hockey with the skill development, pace, and
analytics of the modern game. He has coached both defense and forwards and has
led teams at the U15, U16, U18, and Junior C levels, building programs that are
competitive, connected, and focused on long-term athlete growth.
