Aaron Snow
Head Coach
Aaron Snow
Born and raised in Windsor, Aaron Snow’s journey through elite hockey is a testament to dedication, discipline, and hard work. A product of local minor hockey, Aaron was selected 23rd overall in the OHL Draft and later 90th overall in the NHL Entry Draft by the Dallas Stars, experiences that shaped his understanding of what it takes to compete at the highest levels of the game. Aaron is a father to a 12-year-old daughter who's passionate about art and horseback riding. She keeps him motivated everyday to become a better version of himself.
Now, Aaron is bringing that experience and knowledge back to the community that raised him.
Over the past several years, Aaron has focused on developing the next generation of athletes at all levels of the game. As the founder of Snow Hockey Training, he has built a strong reputation for teaching hockey through body positioning, purposeful movement, and situational awareness — emphasizing habits that translate directly to real game situations.
His coaching philosophy is built on three core pillars:
Clean, Consistent Reps: Elite skills are built in the details. Aaron focuses on developing strong, repeatable habits that carry over into competitive play.
Culture & Commitment: Aaron believes a strong team culture is the foundation for success. He emphasizes accountability, respect, communication, and playing for the crest. By creating an environment where players push one another, support each other, and take pride in daily habits, he aims to build a team that is connected, resilient, and committed to a common goal.
Resilience and Focus: Aaron believes elite habits are formed early, and that developing confidence, mental toughness, and an elite mindset is just as important as skill development on the ice.
As a dedicated coach, Aaron is passionate about developing players both on and off the ice. Having played the game from a young age, his love for hockey inspired him to share his experience and knowledge with athletes at various levels. His focus is on fostering skill development, teamwork, and a genuine passion for the game in every player. He is continually motivated by the progress he sees in players — both in their performance and in their personal development. Watching athletes gain confidence and improve is incredibly rewarding. He also stays motivated through his own growth as a leader and coach, as well as through the strong relationships built with players and their families. Aaron feels it's important to continue his learning with courses and seminars during his free time. His background in leading teams outside of hockey has further strengthened his passion for leadership and accountability.
With a high-tempo practice environment and strong attention to detail, Aaron is committed to creating a positive and competitive atmosphere where players develop confidence in themselves and trust in their teammates. He brings a deep understanding of the game to his coaching. He specializes in skill development, hockey IQ, and mental toughness, while focusing on developing well-rounded players who understand both the technical and strategic elements of hockey.
Coaching has allowed him to give back to the sport that has shaped so much of his life. He was drawn to coaching because he wanted to help others experience the joy, discipline, and personal growth that hockey provides, while passing on the lessons he’s learned throughout his journey. His goal is to ensure every athlete improves each time they step on the ice while laying the foundation for long-term individual growth and team success within the Sun County Panthers program.

Coach Mousseau is a premier architect of hockey talent, bringing over 15 years of elite coaching experience and a distinguished personal playing background to the bench. With a remarkable career record of 108-7-7, he has established a standard of excellence that merges professional-grade skill development with a championship-winning culture.
Elite Playing & Professional Pedigree
Coach Mousseau draws on a high-level personal playing career, highlighted by an invitation to the U17 Team Ontario Main Camp. This firsthand experience in the province’s most elite scouting environments allows him to mentor players through the psychological and physical demands of the "next level."
His transition to coaching is backed by a decade of technical leadership as a Lead Instructor for the Hockey Canada Skills Academy (HCSA) at l’Essor elementary in Tecumseh, where he mastered the gold-standard curriculum for power skating, puck control, and tactical IQ.
Proven Pipeline to the Pros
The development systems implemented by Coach Mousseau have served as a foundation for athletes reaching the highest echelons of the sport. Alumni of his instruction and programs include:
-Professional: A current NHL Defenceman (St. Louis Blues) and professional talent in the Swiss Women’s Hockey League A (HC Davos Ladies).
-Collegiate: Multiple NCAA Division 1 (RIT, Aurora University, Long Island University) and USports/CIS (University of Windsor, Dalhousie University) commits.

-Junior Hockey: A steady and reliable pipeline of talent into local Jr. B and Jr. C programs.
Championship Leadership
The 2024-25 season solidified Coach Mousseau’s reputation as one of the region’s top tactical minds, leading his squad to a historic "Double Championship":
OMHA U10A Champions
International Silver Stick Finals Champions
Professional Credentials
2023-24 BRDMHA Coach of the Year
Development 1 (D1) Certified: Advanced tactical systems and bench management.
HTCP Certified: Professional-tier player safety and trainer protocols.
10-Year HCSA Lead Instructor: Specialized in high-performance skill acquisition.
"My coaching philosophy is simple: we train with the technical precision of a skills academy and compete with the discipline of a championship program. Having walked the path to the Team Ontario level myself, I am dedicated to giving my players the tools and the mindset required to surpass their own goals. I plan on making the U12AAA Sun County Panthers competitive and fun to watch, right from the first puck drop."

Kevin Beuglet
Head Coach
Kevin Beuglet
Kevin brings over 35 years of coaching and player development experience to the program and currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of the Essex 73’s Jr. C hockey team. Kevin began his coaching career as an on-ice instructor with IIHS in 1986, later becoming the organization’s Head On-Ice Instructor where he spent approximately ten years developing players of all ages and skill levels. In 2005, he began coaching minor hockey locally and in 2007 joined the BRDMHA board as Director of Player Development, further strengthening his commitment to building strong grassroots hockey programs.
Throughout his career, Kevin has built a strong reputation for developing well-rounded hockey players by focusing on individual skill growth, strong system play, and elevating players’ overall hockey IQ. His coaching philosophy emphasizes teaching players how to think and understand the game, not just play it.
Beyond on-ice performance, Kevin is deeply committed to helping players grow as individuals. He believes hockey provides a powerful platform to teach life skills such as accountability, work ethic, teamwork, and leadership — helping young athletes develop into confident young men both on and off the ice.
Kevin has also ran a checking clinic for the past 14 years, preparing players to safely and effectively transition into contact hockey. Under his guidance, U13 players will begin building the body positioning, awareness, and confidence required as they enter their final season of non-contact hockey.
Kevin is passionate about creating a competitive, positive, and development-focused environment where players are challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their full potential.
Players who are committed to improving their skills, understanding the game at a higher level, and being part of a strong team culture are strongly encouraged to attend tryouts for the upcoming season.
Coach Beuglet shared,
“My goal is to create an environment where players are pushed to improve every day, develop confidence in their abilities, and truly understand the game. I believe in developing the complete player — skill, hockey IQ, character, and work ethic — while making sure players enjoy coming to the rink and take pride in being part of a strong team culture.”

Maddux Rychel
Maddux Rychel brings an extensive background in playing, coaching, and player development to the Sun County Panthers U14 team.
A former Sun County Panther himself, Maddux began his playing career at the age of 15 following U16. His journey took him to the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he played with the Windsor Spitfires, before finishing his career with the Leamington Flyers. In addition to coaching, Maddux has spent the past five seasons with the Oshawa Generals (OHL) as a regional scout, covering both the Alliance and Michigan areas.
Over the past five years, Maddux has worked closely and consistently with the SCP 2011 team before exploring new opportunities this season. His accomplishments with the 2011 group include:
