The meeting will include elections for the following positions:

1. PRESIDENT
2. VICE PRESIDENT, ADMINSTRATION
3. DIRECTOR OF SCHEDULING
4. DIRECTOR OF REGISTRATION
5. DIRECTOR OF EQUIPMENT
6. LEAGUE LIAISON
7. DIRECTOR OF COACHES AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT*

* This position is for a one year term.

In the event that no nominations have been received prior to the A.G.M nominations may be made from the floor at the A.G.M. In the absence of a nomination the effected position shall remain vacant until such time as the Board of Directors fills the position by appointment.
